Lindsay Mueller, Founder & CEO
Lindsay Mueller is the founder of Sonder&, a coaching and consulting practice that helps leaders build what matters. Through one-on-one coaching, strategic consulting, and immersive experiences, Lindsay works at the intersection of leadership, collaboration, and systems change. She brings over 15 years of experience in small business advising, nonprofit program strategy, and cross-sector partnership development. As an ICF-certified coach, Lindsay blends grounded insight with practical structure to help people grow, initiatives run smoothly, and big ideas take root.
